As the Managing Director of TST, Jon leverages his three decades of leadership in business, cutting edge software technology, and best-in-breed product. Throughout his career, Jon has continually expanded his responsibilities applying vision, strategy, innovation, high talent acquisition, lean process, and rapid delivery in key positions at a range of technology-based companies from startups to established companies, including Autotrader.com, InComm, and Oracle. He holds an Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and resides in Alpharetta, GA, with his family.

Tarak Reddy

Tarak has a versatile engineering, program and product management background and has worked as a technology evangelistfor more than 18 years. He has a strong track record of success building and leading teams across services and product development in various industries. At TST his focus is Business Operations, Product and Solution Delivery. Tarak has a Masters in Computer Science from Auburn University, Alabama and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He resides in Johns Creek, GA with his wife and children.

Sarah Nosari

As the Product Lead for TST, Sarah's primary responsibility is to manage the strategic direction and implementation of product initiatives for the company. This includes defining an innovative product roadmap, translating product requirements into user features, developing and launching new products, as well as managing multiple streams of coordinated communication across the sales, product, and technology teams. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Global Product Lead for the Investment Banking Segment at S&P Capital IQ, a top technology company in the financial services industry. She holds a BS in Systems Engineering as well as minors in Computer Science and Business from the University of Virginia.
